AbdulQuader Khan, MD
Dr. Abdulquader Khan is a highly trained board-certified Pain Management physician.
Dr Khan completed Fellowship in Pain Management and Palliative Care at Memorial
Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. His chief clinical interests are evaluation and treatment
of musculoskeletal pain disorders, with a special emphasis on Rehabilitation in Spinal
Cord Injuries. Dr. Khan also performs, in-office, interventional pain procedures, including
ultrasound-guided injections, epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections,
radiofrequency ablations.
Dr Khan’s state of the art office technology allows patients to do most of diagnostics on-
site during their first visit, such as EEG, Ultrasounds, NCS, EMG, Xrays, MRI etc., to
create underlying diagnostics and data for proper treatment plan. All diagnostic results
are normally ready within a week.
Dr Khan approach to the patient suffering pain begins with a careful
neuromusculoskeletal evaluation. He also takes into consideration psychosocial history,
chronic stress, poor sleep – these factors are known to contribute to chronic pain. Once
the patient has been diagnosed, Dr. Khan offers in – office comprehensive, evidence-
based pain management care including prescribing physical therapy, and/or medication,
as well as interventional pain procedures.
